Brand foundations
Set the brand up once so every agent writes in its voice: prompt, DNA, art direction, templates, then a test brief.
- 1
Write the brand prompt
Brand Context Prompt~30 minOpen Brands, pick the brand, open Identity & DNA. Edit the Brand Context Prompt: purpose, values, personality, tone of voice, what the brand never says, the claims it can make. Markdown is fine.
Prompt## Purpose [why the brand exists] ## Tone of voice [three adjectives, with a sentence on each] ## Never [words, claims and topics the brand avoids] ## Claims we can make [approved claims and their proof]
You getEvery agent reads this text before writing for the brand.
Write it for a new colleague, not for a machine. Specific beats exhaustive.
- 2
Generate the DNA
Brand DNA~20 minBelow the prompt, click Add files and drop the guidelines, strategy deck and tone-of-voice document. Click Generate Brand DNA.
You getStrategic summary, purpose, personality, values, truths, target and occasions, with a confidence badge. The summary enriches the prompt.
Empty fields mean the documents did not cover them. Add a source and Regenerate rather than typing them in.
- 3
Set the art direction
Art Direction~30 minOpen Art Direction. Upload the reference images, then click Generate with AI with "Use reference images" and "Use Brand DNA" ticked. Upload your packaging shots under NPD packaging concepts and star one as the NPD reference.
You getMood, palette, lighting, composition and do's and don'ts, plus a reference image every NPD concept image is built from.
Brand fidelity rules are injected verbatim into image prompts: list locked logos and silhouettes there.
- 4
Run a test brief
@Marketing Brief~15 minStart a project on the brand and ask for a brief. Read it for voice and claims. Adjust the prompt or a template, then rerun.
PromptMarketing brief for [a real upcoming project], aimed at [audience], for [season or date].
You getA brief that sounds like the brand. If it does not, the prompt or the template is where to fix it, not the brief.
Agent Output Templates define the sections each agent must produce. Edit one when the structure is wrong, not the words.
What you have now
A brand every agent can write for: a prompt in your words, a DNA generated from your documents, an art direction images follow, and proof from a test brief.
